Obama Healthcare Plan

Ok so earlier today i went off on a wild tangent about our pesident's new healthcare plan. Yes I'm going to grill it and no i'm not worried about being flagged because well, I don't have any followers...yet. Anyway, The gist of this "wonderful' new plan is that the government gets to decide your fate. What does that mean for you and me? Well, let's say you get sick and need treatment. Both you and the doctor think you should have treatment, BUT the government may not think so. So, if the government deems your treatment " unecessery" guess what? No treatment for you! Isn't that great? Oh, and get this, let's say your grandfather needs something. Is he over 65? Oh, well according to the feds, he is of no use to society! Now dosen't that sound fair?

I don't think our lovely government has thought of the consequences that this plan will cause. I'm seeing riots and domestic violence in the coming months if this plan passes. Maybe not at the very beginning. Like all new things, people will think it's great but as soon as our dear old government starts telling people they can't have their medicine or x-rays, or chemo, people are gonna go medevial on the local clinics and general hospitals.

I'm back baby! Ahahhaha!

Ok so after my two week hiatus I've decided to come back and continue to insert my opinion about the important things and the not so important. The only thing I lack is followers on this here blog. Which is something I hope will change.

Starburst and cave-dwellers

I recently saw a starburst commercial featuring two "scotch-koreans". You heard right, two scotish accented koreans. the one line that got to me was "...look at ya, you're scotch-korean, you don't make any sense..." which i thought was hilarous. So after a while i got to thinking. I thought about how i've never seen a black chinese guy. They're out there somewhere, i've never seen one. Not in real life or even in pictures. I just thought that was pretty crazy.

Oh and the taco bell dog passed away today. I also learned of a guy who lives in a cave and maintains a blog, beleive it or not. He updates it from the library in the town of Moab, Utah located about an hour's walk from his crib. His name is Daniel Suelo. Says he's been living in cave for almost 10 years. All I have to say to him is kudos for being the ultimate penny-pincher.

Obama's jeans

So i just read somewhere that our beloved prez, Mr. Obama, committed a fashion no-no. Now, i don't follow all the fashion stuff like some other bloggers do. Heck, i don't even consider myself a certified "blogger" yet. this is only my second post. Anyway, B.O. wore a certain pair of jeans dubbed "mom jeans" during his first pitch at the big game last week. If I'm not mistaken those were cool way back in the 90's or 80's. Am I right? His reason for wearing them was "...they're comfortable...". In my opinion, he's a bigger celeb in this country than he is a president, and I'm not saying he's a stupid man, unethical but not stupid. He would have to have known that with being the "star" he is that he would get heat for this. I wouldnt be surprised if this shows up in a Jibjab video. So that's my little speech for today.
